2007 Toyota Land Cruiser
If you want the best reputation, ruggedness and luxury in your truck, find the nearest Toyota dealership where you can get the 2007 Toyota Land Cruiser SUV.
This SUV has the most impressive reputation in the industry. It was revised last year. The Land Cruiser received a new front grille, headlamps and rear styling. The standard 18-inch aluminum wheels gained a new high-gloss finish with a newly available sporty rear spoiler. It also came equipped wit a new and powerful engine and the most advanced suspension control options. Its power is generated by a smooth, sophisticated 4.7V V-8 prome mover and communicated to the groun via a five-speed automatic transmission. With all this addition, the Land Cruiser gained 40 horsepower. The drive system is a full-time two-speed, all-wheel drive setup with an on-demand (low-speed) center differential lock button.
What can you find inside the cabin?
The driver and occupants enjoy the best outward visibility offered in most any SUV. Accommodations are room for every occupant inside the Land Cruiser. Hand grips at each wide door opening facilitate entry and exit. The SUV comes retrofitted with a comfortable center armrest doubles as a two-stage storage bin and contains the six-disc CD changer.
How about the third Row? The third row seating carries three of my kids without any discomfort. The seating is a 50/50 split arrangement that reclines and is removable. Rear power quarter windows, plenty of cup holders, and assist grips enhance the safety and comfort level of the truck.
The rear cargo door opening is a combination hatch/tailgate for maximum access to the cargo area. The flexibility of the folding second and removable third row seats enables the Land Cruiser to make the most of the available interior space. This SUV is equipped with cutting-edge technology, including a backup camera and Bluetooth communication capability. Available in conjuction with the optional navigation system, the backup camera provides the driver with a view of what is behind the vehicle.
Car enthusiasts and observers agree that the 2007 Land Cruiser is a 4-door, 8-passenger luxury sport-utility, available in one trim only, the 4X4.
The Land Cruiser is equipped with a standard 4.7-liter, V8, 265-horsepower engine that achieves 13-mpg in the city and 17-mpg on the highway. A 5-speed automatic transmission with overdrive is standard.
The 2007 Land Cruiser is a carryover from 2006. Find hot Toyota Land Cruiser and Toyota Tundra Reviews

Trampoline Offers Great Exercise Possibilities to Children
Make sure that the trampoline can support the number of people or kids on it.
Make sure that older kids watch out for younger ones.
If possible, make sure that there is a cage to protect the children against missing the surface of the trampoline. If they miss, at least, they will be protected by the cage. Disabilities can occur if the kids miss the surface of the trampoline.
Adults should check the trampoline first before allowing kids to participate in tricks.

Catalytic Coverters Thefts Reported
What's the main reason? What's the motivation for thieves? Prices are up.
The prices have risen from $5 to $30 a decade ago to $5 to $100 these days. Some old models can even go up to $150. What is odd about all of this is that thieves can operate in plain daylight. It does not take them long to saw off your vehicle's catalytic converter. These bad guys are doing this because of the precious metals that are found in the converters. Platinum, rhodium, and palladium are some of the rare metals.
How to recognize whether your car or truck has been affected?
If it is rumbling as if no muffler exists or if the exhaust releases a heavy and strong roar, then you will know that the catalytic converter has been removed. Replacing it at your dealership can cost thousands of dollar. So it is something huge that the authorities want to monitor.

Maliburn: Malibu Mansions Burn: Oh Such Devastations!
Maliburn: Malibu Mansions Burn
(Poem for Suzanne Somers and Husband)
Oh such loss of fine properties and homes
Oh such devastation of years of memory making
Farewell to the life known by Suzanne Somers and husband
May their hearts become light after so much pain
Just like a thief, the fire came in, fueled by the wind gusts
In a matter of minutes, it inflicted so much pain
Residents' hearts became heavy with loss
Passersby and university students watch from their homes
Wondering what is going to happen next
Fine homes worth $16 to $25 million are perished
A part of LA county went up in flames
Oh such horror that befell a rich community
Whose borders are the vastness of the Pacific Ocean
Huge holes are created on the shores
Investigators are searching for clues and evidence of such an event
Mother Nature is not kind to the ordinary and well-heeled fortunate
Amidst tears of sorrow, it is difficult to turn one's back on the ruins
Too many memories of good times, parties went up in flames
A new lifestyle takes time to be created; insurance companies must pay
Oh Maliburn! Why so much loss had to come to us?
Why could you not protect us from the stings of pain
At the beginning of this new year? What is there to go on?
Life must go on. New homes will replace those the destroyed ones
New memories will be collected even from the shadows of heavy smokes
Thanks to the local firefighters who battled the raging flames
The sun over the Pacific Ocean will rise again
Soon, the remains of smoldering properties will be cleaned up and gone
A new day will break; hope will be reborn; a new home will rise again

Oprah Winfrey Oeuvres in South Africa: An Educational Complex for Girls as in Girl Power
Oprah Winfrey's Pay It Forward For Bloggers, Vloggers, Podcasters, Mom & Pop Businesses & Small Entrepreneurs
Oprah Winfrey issued a challenge to some 300 members of her audience. She issued a video camera and $1000 to each one of them. The catch is that they could not spend this money on their relatives. They had one week to reach out to someone in need. Right of the bat, this is a great marketing coup for the Oprah Winfrey Show and all its sponsors. These audience members could give the money to some charities, organizations and deserving individuals. The stories had to be videotaped. This is a grassroots movement that stems from the idea of doing good. On an advertising level, news organizations will pick up the story quickly. What happens is that Oprah can create a buzz with all that money. And Bank of America and all the Harpo Holdings will benefit from this new idea of doing. Oprah could have used any of the numerous ad agencies in New York, San Francisco, and Los Angeles to come up with some fancy ads that will be on a few media. But, in her marketing and advertising departments' wisdom, they choose to go with individuals who will go back to their cities and hometowns to spread the word. For a buzz, there is no greater and better ingredient than that! All local journalists want to track this story. Is Oprah trying to set an example for others during this holiday season? You bet. It is time to give and be appreciative of others. Let us see who can outdo Oprah's largesse.
Oprah has a new opportunity to create groundswell of marketing buzz with bloggers and low-income entrepreneurs. If I were Oprah, I could give a second life to this marketing tour de force by getting bloggers and micro or mini entrepreneurs involved. By virtue of their solidarity, bloggers would jump to the occasion to show what type of charities they have been supporting. They would blog about every step of the process of giving away their $1000. The blogosphere, podosphere and vlogosphere would be a-buzz about the Oprah Winfrey show. Some of the bloggers, vloggers, podcasters may think about low-income entrepreneurs and the companies that are trying to raise funds to help them break the cycle of poverty by not relying on handouts. The newswire would pick the story. So would Yahoo.com, Google.com, Digg.com, SFGate.com, NYTimes.com, Newsweek.com, boingboing.com, mybloglog.com, techcrunch.com, Times.com, and AOL.com. It would be like a gift that keeps on giving. PBS/Frontline would also call to get the scoop. There is no doubt that Cable news networks such as CNN.com and Fox networks would come calling. They would inquire about why the bloggers decide to give to p2pmicrofinance web firms such as kiva.org, Microcreditcapital.com and others. They would find out that some people are still thinking about the poor in countries such as Haiti, Uganda, Bengladesh and elsewhere. They would find out that has been trying to get people, ordinary individualsto help the poor. By advertising on its Webcalendar Advertising board, Microcreditcapital.com can raise enough money to fuel the entrepreneurial spirit in Haiti and other Latin American countries.
