History was made at the academy tonight. For the first time, a woman was nominated best director for the Hurt Locker. Kathryn was very humble in accepting this nomination. Her movie received so many awards. Hurt Locker received more than 9 awards tonight.
Congratulations to all who took a chance with this movie. Now it is time to see it.
